My services are always tailored to my clients individually. I don’t offer a ‘signature’ program because I believe in making time to understand the specific needs of every client before starting any coaching program. However, I do offer a few custom programs outlined below should any of these programs fit your specific needs. To get started, we will set up a FREE discovery call to go over your requirements, answer any questions, and assess the next steps. I believe there is great value in being comfortable with whom you work with, especially for this type of work. So I make it a priority to ensure my clients first and foremost feel comfortable and feel heard. From there, we will determine if we are a good fit to continue working together and create a custom program that meets your goals & objectives.

Self-Mastery Coaching

This is the foundation of the Self where real transformation happens. In order to know who you truly are, you have to be willing to unlearn everything you were taught to be. Examine your foundations, your beliefs, your thoughts, your visions, any limiting beliefs, patterns or false perceptions you have about yourself. We will explore this area to uncover the hidden beliefs, the unconscious patterns that may have been directing your life all along. By gaining greater understanding of who you are, you will feel empowered to rebuild your foundations from a place of truth and authenticity.

Trauma-Informed Coaching

We will take a more in depth deep dive into any past traumas to assess how they may be impacting your day-to-day life. Here we will practice bringing awareness to these areas, through somatic exercises we will work on releasing any trapped & stored emotions from your body. As you will come to learn, Trauma is not always what happens to us during the event, rather it’s how our nervous system responded to the event, adapted and stored any remaining stress in the body as a result of the event. This deep dive can be very transformative and liberating.

Shadow Work Coaching

Shadow work is one of the most powerful and enlightening experiences that will without a shadow of doubt, catapult your growth to the next level. Many aren’t familiar with the concept of the shadow or what the shadow might even mean. This is where we will take a deeper look at the hidden areas, the repressed self, the fears, the doubts, the behaviors and habits that you may have denied, rejected or aren’t even aware of. In this space, you will invite the opportunity to explore these hidden areas and uncover why they are repressed, denied or rejected. It may be challenging to confront these aspects of the self especially when dealing with our perceived insecurities but doing this work will lead you to a greater level of self-acceptance, worthiness and coming into oneness with yourself.

Breath Work Coaching

We will engage in a few powerful breathing exercises that have been proven to calm the mind and the body. The breath is our life-force energy, or as many yogic practitioners often refer to as Prana, in Sanskrit. The breath can do wonders for our nervous system by regulating our nervous system states through the Vagus nerve, the 10th largest cranial nerve that is responsible for activating our para-sympathetic, rest & digest state. We will adopt a few essential practices to help you regain your calm and center in any situation. We will also work with a few breathing styles to help you meet any challenging moment or event with ease and calm for your mind and body.

Meditation Coaching Practice

We will work on gentle meditation practices via guided mediations, that will help you examine your thought patterns and create a sense of ease and calm in your everyday life. Contrary to popular belief, meditation is not a practice that stops our thoughts, however it’s a tool that can help us strengthen our awareness by learning to observe the thoughts passing through, to gain clarity and insight around the stories we may be unaware of and the stories we may be constantly telling ourselves. You will gain better understanding on how you can use meditation as a tool to center and focus your mind and intercept the intrusive thoughts that may arise from time to time. You will also learn a few grounding techniques to help alleviate any busyness of the mind and create a sense of flow and clarity in your life.
